Iggywoo Bohemian Water: What It Smells Like

Bohemian Water is a citrus-marine eau de parfum from Iggywoo, composed by founder Richard Saint-Ford and released in 2024, built around the idea of a Californian coastline rather than the usual aquatic formula.

What it smells like

It opens bright and sharply citrus. Fragrantica lists Californian lemon and a general citrus accord; the brand also names bergamot and caviar lime, the finger-lime varietal whose pulp comes in small acidic beads. However you credit it, the effect is juicy and slightly bitter, with none of the sugary quality that citrus openings often carry.

Neroli and orchid come through underneath within the first half hour. The neroli is the softening agent — it takes the edge off the lemon and gives the middle a creamy, white-floral warmth — while the orchid adds a faint powderiness. This is the stage where the fragrance stops being a cologne and becomes something more interesting.

Then salt and white musk carry it out. The salt is the signature here and it is worth the price of admission: dry and mineral rather than briny, it smells like skin after swimming instead of like sea spray in a bottle. Most aquatics reach for calone and end up smelling like melon and laundry. This one does not.

Community accords rank it citrus first by a wide margin, then fresh, salty, aromatic and marine.

Who it's for

For anyone who wants a warm-weather citrus with some texture. If the fresh-aquatic category has always struck you as too clean or too synthetic, the salt-and-musk base gives this one a human quality the genre usually lacks.

It suits people who reach for colognes in summer but want something less anonymous, and it is the easiest fragrance in the Iggywoo range to wear without thinking about it.

Being honest about performance: this is a citrus-dominant composition and it behaves like one. Longevity is the shortest in the line, projection is moderate at best, and you will want to reapply across a long day. That is the trade for an opening this bright, and it is worth knowing before you buy rather than after.

Summer and spring are its seasons without question. It performs best in heat, where the citrus lifts and the salt holds on; in winter it reads thin. Daytime rather than evening, and genuinely good for the office, for travel and for any long warm day. It is also the only fragrance in the line priced below the rest.
