Can I cancel Redolia Circle?
Redolia Circle is a 12-month membership rather than an auto-renewing subscription, so there's nothing to cancel — it simply runs its term. We'll remind you before it lapses so you can choose whether to renew.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes. Buy Redolia Circle and email info@redolia.com with the recipient's details, and we'll set it up in their name.
Do I need to be a member to visit the Somerville boutique?
No — the boutique is open to everyone. The quarterly scent events (tastings and previews) are a Circle perk, but you're always welcome to shop in person.
How are the seasonal discovery samples chosen?
Our team curates each seasonal set to span different olfactive families, weighted toward new arrivals and member favourites. If you have preferences, tell us at info@redolia.com and we'll tailor where we can.
Does the 10% Circle discount stack with sales?
The Circle discount applies to full-price orders and doesn't stack with other promotional codes; you'll always receive whichever saving is larger. Free shipping and loyalty points apply regardless.
