Welcome to Redolia. These Terms of Service govern your use of redolia.com and your purchases from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Redolia. Fragrances are concentrated products intended for adult use.

Products

We describe every fragrance to the best of our knowledge, drawing on information from perfumers, brands, and industry references. Fragrance perception is personal; note pyramids and accord descriptions are guides, not guarantees. Colors and label appearance may vary slightly from photos due to screen calibration and packaging updates.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities in cases of pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an accepted order for these reasons, we refund you in full.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline the order at our discretion. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgments of receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the order.

Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms; Redolia does not store full card numbers.

Intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, no automated abuse, no attempts to breach security, no fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

Redolia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Somerset County, New Jersey. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
