Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Redolia. If a full-size fragrance is not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

14-day return window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests after 14 days cannot be accepted.

What we accept

New — sealed, unopened, in the original box with all packaging intact.
Slightly used — opened and tested with a few sprays only, at least 95% full, with the original box, cap and all contents included.

Bottles that are more than slightly used, damaged by the customer, or missing their box or cap cannot be returned.

Refunds only, no exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Free return label

Email info@redolia.com with your order number to start a return. We will send a free prepaid return label to print at home. Pack the item securely in its original box, attach the label and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label. Returns are by mail only.

$10 restocking fee

A flat $10 restocking fee is deducted from the refund for each returned item. It covers hazmat-compliant inspection and repackaging. The fee is waived if the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund with no restocking fee. Every bottle we sell is 100% authentic, sourced from the brand or its authorized distributors, and we will resolve any authenticity concern in your favor.
