Every bottle we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from the brand, authorized distributors, or vetted trade partners. We hand-inspect every order before it ships. We stand behind every product we ship — if anything about your fragrance is wrong (the wrong batch, an off scent, a damaged box, or you simply don't believe it's genuine), email info@redolia.com and we'll make it right. No arguments, no runaround.

14-day return window

You may return an eligible item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging — including any outer box, ribbon, or protective sleeve. Fragrance is a personal purchase, so we can only accept sealed items back into inventory.

Samples and travel sizes are final sale

Samples, decants, and travel sprays are non-returnable. These are meant to be tested, and once dispensed we cannot restock or resell them. If a sample arrives damaged or leaks in transit, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

How to start a return

Email info@redolia.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund within 5 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

Damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or is not what you ordered, email info@redolia.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping. The same applies if you have any doubt at all about a product's authenticity — we welcome the question and will resolve it in your favor.
