Anh Ngo is a perfumer at IFF and the principal nose behind d'Annam's Vietnam-inspired collection. Working closely with founder Nick Hoang, she translates specific East and Southeast Asian foods, drinks and memories — white rice, pomelo oolong, mango sticky rice, matcha soft serve — into precise, evocative, true-to-life compositions.
