Description
What it smells like
Rosario is a complex yet minimalist clean rose — an eternal composition of dewy floral musks. It opens luminous and juicy, with lemon, tart pomegranate, green coriander and delicate primrose.
The heart is a fresh, transparent bouquet of rose, peony and freesia, radiant rather than heavy. The base keeps it clean and elegant, with soft ambergris, earthy vetiver and a whisper of incense. It is a modern, luminous rose — youthful, flawless and effortlessly wearable.
The full composition runs from top notes of Lemon, Pomegranate, Coriander, through a heart of Rose, Peony, Freesia, to a base of Ambergris, Vetiver, Incense — a floral built to unfold slowly and wear close to the skin. The parfum is housed in House of Bō's signature bottle, finished with a hand-cut, semi-precious stone cap chosen to mirror the mood of the scent.
On skin its principal accords — Floral, Citrus, Fruity, Musky and Woody — layer into a rounded, characterful whole, and as a parfum-strength concentration it is built for rich projection and long wear. It is offered here in both a 40 ml and a larger 75 ml bottle.
As founder Bernardo Möller describes it: “An unexpected encounter of irresistible citrus and blooming floral notes amongst flickering embers of incense.”
Who made it
This parfum was composed by Olivier Cresp, a legendary French perfumer and master perfumer at Firmenich. Born into a Grasse perfumery family in 1955, he has created some of the most commercially successful fragrances of the past thirty years, including Mugler Angel, Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium, Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue and Nina Ricci Nina. He is renowned for bold, addictive accords and impeccably balanced gourmand and floral structures — a rare pedigree brought here to House of Bō.
For House of Bō, Olivier shaped Rosario as a bold, artistic parfum that translates this pedigree into the house's tropical, Latin-inflected style.

About the house
House of Bō is a contemporary niche perfume house founded by Bernardo Möller, its Founder and Creative Director. Its signature DNA is rooted in simplicity, minimalism and spirituality, and it collaborates with some of the world's most accomplished perfumers to create bold, artistic parfums that pair fine materials with a tropical, Latin-inflected sensibility. Each fragrance is presented in a distinctive bottle crowned with a hand-finished, semi-precious stone cap chosen to echo the character of the scent, making the collection as beautiful to display as it is to wear. The house's collection spans fresh citrus, lush florals, plush gourmands and smoky woods, each conceived as a distinct olfactory world. At Redolia Perfumery every House of Bō parfum is offered as a full bottle in two sizes, 40 ml and 75 ml.
