Goldfield & Banks fragrances are composed by Hamid Merati-Kashani, the house’s principal perfumer, working under the creative direction of founder Dimitri Weber. A classically trained nose who has spent his career with the world’s leading fragrance suppliers, Merati-Kashani has become the interpreter of a singular brief: to translate native Australian botanicals — sandalwood, boronia, finger lime, blue cypress, red-back ginger — into wearable luxury, often building world-first accords around materials no one had used in fine perfumery before.
