Tanguy Guesnet

Tanguy Guesnet is a French perfumer at IFF who has been developing his signature in contemporary perfumery for more than a decade. He has worked alongside the master perfumer Anne Flipo, including on Lacoste Original Eau de Parfum.

His approach favours risk: he tends to combine materials with strong personalities rather than smoothing them into a consensus, aiming for compositions that leave a memorable trail. That taste for contrast suits gourmand and fruity themes, where sweetness needs an opposing force to stay interesting.

For the Parisian house D'ORSAY he composed Holy Berry Extrait de Parfum, built on a strawberry milk accord with cardamom, an iris and jasmine heart, and a base of white oud accord, vanilla and sandalwood. As an extrait it is concentrated above 30%, and it is offered here at Redolia Perfumery as a full 90 ml bottle.
