Indult
Indult is a Parisian niche perfume house founded in 2006, known for a tightly edited collection of luxurious, character-driven fragrances. From the start the house worked with celebrated perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, whose Tihota — a pure, honeyed vanilla — became an enduring cult classic and one of the most sought-after vanilla perfumes in the world.
Indult's philosophy is quality over quantity: a small wardrobe of distinctive scents, each built around a clear idea and rich, beautiful materials. Alongside Tihota sit Isvaraya, a patchouli-and-jasmine meditation on spiritual India, and Manakara, a creamy lychee floral. Relaunched for a new generation, the house has added modern chapters such as Cuir 404, an airy, contemporary leather.
What to try: Tihota for the definitive vanilla, Isvaraya for a woody-chypre depth, Cuir 404 for a fresh modern leather. Explore Indult at Redolia Perfumery below.
